Cravings!!!!!

For some reason I been having Oreo mint cookie cravings!!!! I found out that if I drank water it would go away but if you can’t get rid of your craving, keep on reading…..

Your cravings will last about 5-7 minutes on average. With that being said, once you get a craving do something to change your mood, go for a walk, do pushups, do something that gets your mind off that craving. Most importantly, think about the results that you want from your diet plan, look back at the goal you set for yourself. Will those 5 Oreos help you get there or will it hold you back? Think about the blood, sweat and tears you put into your workouts day in and day out.Sculpting the perfect body happens in the kitchen more than the time you’ve put into training.

Best time to do Cardio?

Many people think that doing cardio in the morning is the best time to do it because of the low glycogen levels and not having carbs, so I will start burning fat, right? I believe that is wrong, as the opposite happens.

Fat is burned a couple hours after doing cardio workouts, not immediately. Instead of burning that fat it’s burning your muscles away.

Doing cardio is fine in the morning just don’t do it on a empty stomach.
